Job Summary
Own end-to-end B2B demand generation with integrated campaigns, pipeline-minded collaboration with Sales, and data-driven optimization to lift enquiries.
- Planning and delivering integrated B2B campaigns and aligning with Sales to improve lead quality.
- Driving lead generation across paid and organic channels, with HubSpot based nurture and automation to support pipeline growth.
- Analyzing campaign performance and turning data into iterative improvements for better results.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns
- Driving lead generation and supporting pipeline growth
- Managing marketing automation and lead nurture activity in HubSpot
- Creating content that engages prospects and supports the sales team
- Running and optimise paid campaigns across Google and LinkedIn
- Supporting SEO and website improvements to increase enquiries
- Working closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion
- Analysing campaign performance and using data to improve results
- Identifying new opportunities, markets and campaign ideas that support business growth
Requirements
- Experience in a B2B demand generation or growth marketing role
- A track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM and marketing platform
- Knowledge of SEO, paid media and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- A commercial mindset and a genuine interest in helping grow the business
Preferred
- Experience within logistics, fulfilment, professional services or technology would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
