Job Summary

Own and optimize demand-gen campaigns across channels, driving pipeline through testing, targeting, messaging and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to align efforts and drive results.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Support dealer acquisition campaigns to grow revenue, including launching and improving emails, ads and landing pages utilizing marketing automation tools and data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Testing and Measurement: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, including A/B testing, reporting, and communicating the results.
  • Targeting & Messaging: Support audience segmentation and tailor messaging for ads and collateral based on product benefits, demographics, performance and behavior data.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform demand generation and customer retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or social science field (e.g., math, statistics, economics, marketing) or a related field, with eligibility to complete a full-time internship.
  • Internships or projects in marketing, analytics, finance, or consulting a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills to drive impact and a high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Analytical, and interested in using data to inform decisions and improve results. Experience and/or interest in using AI agents to improve.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with strong collaboration skills.

Preferred

  • Internships or projects in marketing, analytics, finance, or consulting a plus.
