Responsibilities

Enter information from approved source records into the correct system and field structure.
Check spelling, dates, amounts, identifiers, status values, and required fields for accuracy.
Compare entered records to source material and correct routine errors using documented procedures.
Flag duplicates, missing documentation, or conflicting information instead of guessing.
Keep assigned queues current and record completed corrections or exceptions clearly.

Requirements

Accurate keyboarding and careful attention to structured records.
Comfort with spreadsheets, web forms, document review, and repetitive quality checks.
Ability to follow data standards and recognize exceptions.
Dependable time management and secure handling of company or customer information.
