Responsibilities

• Represent client brands at community events, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing information about available products, services, and promotions.
• Assist with event setup, organization, and day-to-day coordination to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Support customer enrollment and account assistance processes when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve event and customer engagement goals.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, customer service, and professional development.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for customers at every event.
