Responsibilities
- Engage directly with retail customers at in-store marketing events, introducing AT&T’s latest devices and service offerings.
- Run hands-on demos of 5G speeds, AI-powered cameras, and smart-home connectivity.
- Manage the full enrollment process from initial greeting to activation, including eSIM setup, secure data transfers, and feature education.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation to ensure compliance and long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with retail teams to support daily sales goals and maximize event performance
