Description

• Lead end-to-end CRM implementations for nonprofit organizations adopting the Keela platform.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to understand fundraising processes, donor management needs, reporting requirements, and operational goals.
• Configure constituent records, donation management workflows, fundraising campaigns, segmentation, automation, and reporting functionality.
• Support data migration efforts from legacy CRM, donor management, or fundraising systems.
• Train nonprofit staff, development teams, and administrators on Keela best practices.
• Provide consultative recommendations around donor stewardship, fundraising operations, and CRM adoption.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
• Partner closely with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Document implementation processes and client requirements to support long-term customer success.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of CRM implementation, onboarding, consulting, or customer success experience.
• Experience working with nonprofit organizations, fundraising teams, donor management systems, or advancement operations.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Donor lifecycle management
  • Fundraising campaigns
  • Constituent relationship management
  • Donor stewardship best practices
  • Reporting and segmentation
  • Experience migrating and validating CRM data.
  • Strong project management and client communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excel formulas and reporting

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Charleston, SC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
