KaraMGMT is a fast-growing talent management agency working with some of the most viral creators in fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle. We help creators land brand deals, grow their platforms, and build long-term careers.

We’re looking for a driven, social media–savvy intern to help us identify and onboard new creators while assisting with brand partnership opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in influencer marketing and talent management while working directly with a growing agency.

What you’ll be doing:

* Identify up-and-coming creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube

* Reach out to creators and help bring them into KaraMGMT

* Assist with brand deal sourcing and partnership opportunities

* Track potential leads and help manage outreach

* Stay on top of social media trends and viral creators

What we’re looking for:

* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media culture

* Good communication skills (DMs, email, outreach)

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

* Interest in influencer marketing, content creation, or talent management

* Bonus if you’ve worked with creators, run a page, or understand viral content

Compensation:

This is a performance-based role tied to results.

Compensation is earned through successful creator onboarding and brand partnerships you help generate. High-performing interns have the opportunity to earn meaningful income as they contribute to real deals.
