Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage the content calendar, collect and prioritize content requests, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and continuously improve workflows. Support content strategy and conduct basic performance analysis to generate actionable insights. Quickly develop an understanding of social media from both platform and business perspectives.
  • Creator Community Management: Support TikTok Shop’s top creator community by organizing and promoting community activities and incentive programs. Help strengthen creator engagement, participation, and overall community activity.
  • Creator Education and Messaging Outreach: Contribute to the development of creator-facing education and messaging, ensuring clarity and consistency of TikTok Shop's value proposition, creator strategies and playbooks, and product launches. Execute multi-channel outreach across creator channels and communities.
  • Contribute to content strategy development by synthesizing insights, trends, and performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Creator teams to support project and program execution.
  • Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are executed on time.
  • Contribute to day-to-day project operations in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, coordination, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex written documents and information into easy-to-digest content.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Quick learner with a strong interest in social media, creator marketing, and community growth.
  • Comfortable working with presentation tools and spreadsheets (e.g.Slides/PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred

  • Experience creating social media campaigns.
  • Experience creating marketing and/or educational content in various formats (e.g. 1-pagers, presentations, short videos).
  • Strong content strategy instincts and knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop content, audience behavior, trends, and best practices.
  • Previous experience with channel marketing, product marketing or internships is a plus.
