Role Description

JUS Official Services is seeking motivated and well-connected professionals to join our team as Creator Acquisition Partners. This is a remote, commission-based independent contractor role responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding influencers, creators, musicians, filmmakers, and digital talent who would benefit from professional management and growth support.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong industry networks, outreach experience, and an interest in talent development and creator growth strategy. Creator Acquisition Partners work closely with leadership to source aligned clients and help expand the JUS roster.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with emerging and established creators, artists, and influencers aligned with JUS services
2. Conduct outreach via social platforms, email, events, and professional networks
3. Educate potential clients on JUS services, positioning, and growth strategy approach
4. Qualify leads and coordinate introductions with the internal management team
5. Maintain organized records of outreach activity and lead pipelines
6. Support onboarding coordination when applicable
7. Represent JUS professionally across all communications and environments

Compensation:

• Commission-based structure (1099 independent contractor role)
• Earn commission for each successfully onboarded client you refer
• Flexible, performance-driven earning potential
• No cap on commissions

Qualifications:

• Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, entertainment, outreach, recruiting, or sales preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Existing network within creator, music, or entertainment industries is a plus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Professional, reliable, and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
