Responsibilities

• Think. Ideate. Write. Ponder. Write. Self-criticize. Write. Receive feedback. Roll your eyes. Write.
• Take ownership of the projects and brands you work on.
• Collaborate with artists, strategists, media specialists, and account executives to create on-brand, on-message, and on-budget work that audiences find unique, relevant, and compelling.
• Concept and apply creative to campaigns across multiple platforms including broadcast/CTV, digital, social, outdoor, radio, print, and whatever else our media department dreams up.
• Professionally present and defend your work to agency and client teams.

Requirements

• A deep thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate strategies into ideas, ideas into concepts, and concepts into campaigns.
• Someone who can readily interpret abstractions and express them in quick-hit, concrete language.
• A social scientist and storyteller who is fascinated with whatever makes people tick.
• A true professional who accepts feedback and considers it thoughtfully.
• A bit restless. Joy-filled but seldom content. You\'re a curious lifelong learner who is always investigating the next market evolution, cultural trend, technology development, and how it all converges to affect human connection and communication.
• A decent human being who treats others with respect and dignity, resists the temptations of ego, and keeps things in perspective.
• A roll-up-the-sleeves, self-directed contributor who is not afraid of getting metaphorical dirt under your fingernails. You are the person who got frustrated by group projects in high school and college because you wouldn’t settle for corner-cutting or compromised effort.
