  • Creative Strategy & Testing: Define testing hypotheses, hooks, angles, and storyboards to improve CTR, thumbstop, and ROAS.
  • Briefing & Execution: Write performance-rooted briefs for internal creators and ensure timely execution with Frame and video teams.
  • Sprint & Learnings: Plan 2-week creative sprints, recap performance, and capture learnings with cross-functional teams.
