Job Description The Creative Project Specialist supports the end-to-end coordination of apparel, graphic design, and marketing projects, ensuring concepts move efficiently from brief to final deliverables. This role oversees timelines, partners with graphic artists, tracks project progress, and ensures all creative assets align with brand standards across digital, social, and print materials. Responsibilities Coordinate and track graphic design and apparel development projects from concept through production Partner with external graphic artists to communicate project direction, timelines, and brand standards Review creative assets and provide feedback to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and overall visual cohesion Coordinate branding elements across web images, social media content, flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials Organize creative briefs, artwork files, production specs, and asset libraries for internal and external partners Maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones to ensure deadlines are met Track and manage project progress in Excel and NetSuite, providing accurate documentation, administrative support, and regular status updates to leadership and external partners Skills And Knowledge Excellent problem solving and creative thinking skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus, Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, Proficiency in Excel or other project management tools preferred, Strong creative eye with the ability to review creative materials and provide feedback to ensure brand alignment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in apparel merchandising, marketing, graphic design or related field preferred; 1–2 years of professional marketing or project coordination experience (retail or apparel industry a plus). Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment; able to clearly view and read information on a computer screen; occasionally lift or move items up to 15 pounds. $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 Annual
