Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead photo and video productions end-to-end, including production planning, shot lists, casting, scheduling, shooting, editing, post-production and final delivery
  • Capture high-quality content featuring events, activations, attractions, tenant openings, architecture, retail, food and beverage, and key brand moments
  • Adapt and deliver content for multiple channels and formats, including web, broadcast, social media, paid media, B2B and sales materials, and on-site digital signage
  • Shoot and edit timely event recap videos and other short- and long-form content
  • Collaborate with American Dream’s Creative, Marketing, Events, Retail, Leasing, Sales, Tourism, Web, and Social Media teams for project assignments
  • Partner closely with the in-house Creative team’s graphic designers, motion designers and other members of the Creative and Marketing teams to produce on-brand content
  • Engage and manage external agencies, photographers, videographers, and lighting technicians for additional creative support as needed
  • Maintain an organized photo and video asset library using established naming, file-saving, and archiving protocols, and eventually an AI-driven asset library
  • Track assignments, production schedules and project status through the company’s project-management platform
  • Integrate AI creative tools into daily workflow

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in photography/videography equipment, experience with Sony mirrorless camera systems (A75)
  • Background in event, hospitality (F&B), and architectural photography
  • Ability to autonomously problem-solve, multitask and prioritize work
  • Competence in Adobe Creative Suite software (Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Adept with AI editing tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support events
  • Comfortable with daily changing assignments
  • Strong organizational / time management skills
