Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 annually

Job Summary
The Development Director will serve as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director, leading contributed revenue strategy across major gifts, institutional giving, sponsorships, campaigns, special events, and donor stewardship. This is a unique fundraising position; the Development Director will help shape the future of one of the world's leading disability arts organizations while strengthening the systems, relationships, and philanthropic strategy necessary to support its next era of sustainability and impact.
