Responsibilities

• - Client Relationship Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships. Growing revenue for Lux214 Media Group and clients. - Understand client objectives, business goals, and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations. - Strategy Development: - Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing strategies that align with their objectives. - Create detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. - Campaign Execution: - Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, events, public relations and email marketing. - Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve optimal results. - Team Coordination: - Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure project deliverables are met. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members when necessary. - Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients. - Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI. - Budget Management: - Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
• - Lead and inspire the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to produce high-quality, innovative work. - Develop and articulate creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. - Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines. - Oversee the production of all creative assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to deadlines. - Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to foster their professional growth and improve project outcomes. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our creative solutions remain cutting-edge. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and ensuring efficient use of resources. - Present creative concepts and campaigns to clients, articulating the rationale and strategic thinking behind the work. - Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages innovation and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• - Proven experience in digital marketing account management within an agency setting.
• - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, event marketing, public relations and email marketing.
• - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• - Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
