Responsibilities

• 8-12 scroll-stopping static ads per week for Meta
• 4-6 short-form videos/Reels per week built for direct response
• Iterate on winning concepts relentlessly, if something works, you scale it
• Brief and manage UGC creators, direct their hooks, angles, and messaging so raw footage arrives ready to cut
• Master the first 3 seconds. Every time.
• Cut UGC, product footage, and lifestyle clips into high-retention Meta Reels and TikTok content
• Add captions, overlays, and pacing that convert, not just entertain
• Keep our feeds consistent with who we are: bold, American, unapologetic
• Write captions with conviction: short, confident, no fluff
• Build repeatable templates for launches and promos so the team moves fast

Requirements

• Proven Meta creative experience, you’ve built static and video ads for a DTC ecommerce brand and you can show the results
• A portfolio that speaks for itself, we will not move forward without seeing your work
• Adobe Photoshop + Premiere Pro or Final Cut at a professional level
• Hook instinct, you know why creative fails in the first 2 seconds and exactly how to fix it
• High output discipline, this role requires consistent weekly delivery, not occasional bursts
