Overview:

We are seeking a Creative Content Assistant to support content creation, social media, and brand storytelling across Ada Diamonds and our family of luxury jewelry brands.

In this role, the right candidate will assist with the production of short-form video content, product media, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and social-first creative assets for digital marketing, website product pages, and brand campaigns. The scope of the role will also include hands-on support with product photography, media organization, and day-to-day creative and marketing projects.

This role is ideal for someone early in their creative career who is excited to gain real-world experience in content creation, photography, social media, and luxury branding. An interest in fashion, jewelry, luxury, photography, or social media content creation is strongly encouraged. This is an in-office role based in New York City, three days a week to start with the potential for long-term growth into a full-time position.

What You'll Do:

• Film and edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and Stories
• Capture HD product videos and website media for jewelry product pages
• Assist with behind-the-scenes content, craftsmanship, and social-first storytelling
• Help photograph and organize finished jewelry pieces using our Lightbox setup while learning product photography skills
• Support content shoots for launches, campaigns, events, and new collections
• Assist with social media content creation, posting, captions, and general marketing support
• Help across different creative and operational projects as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years experience in content creation, social media, photography, or video production
• Proficient in Photoshop and Adobe Suites
• Comfortable filming on iPhone and DSLR cameras
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in jewelry, fashion, luxury, or creative branding is a plus
