Corporate Social Responsibility Portfolio Strategist Advocate Health is hiring 3 Corporate Social Responsibility Portfolio Strategists to support our enterprise CSR strategy across multiple divisions. These roles manage portfolios of community partnerships, investments, and initiatives that advance our commitments to equity, health improvement, and long‑term social value. What You’ll Do • Lead a portfolio of external and internal partners, civic stakeholders, and internal collaborators. • Ensure initiatives align with enterprise CSR strategy, market needs, and Advocate Health values. • Plan and execute CSR programs using strong project management discipline. • Monitor and report on outcomes, impact, and portfolio performance. • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with governance and audit standards. • Partner across CSR, Strategic Operations, Communications, Community Engagement, Finance, and Data & Insights. • Represent Advocate Health in community settings and strengthen national and regional relationships. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • 3+ years of experience in CSR, nonprofit management, sustainability, community investments, or stakeholder engagement. • Strong project management, communication, and relationship‑building skills. • Ability to analyze data, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and think strategically.
