Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and coordinate approvals for internal and external communications content, including presentations, publications, talking points, video scripts, press releases, and social media posts in support of firm goals and initiatives
• Manage communications requests and provide editorial guidance and writing support to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards and business objectives
• Manage corporate campaigns including developing assets, leading projects, and working with multiple stakeholders
• Partner with Senior Manager to develop strategies and content to advance firm’s People & Culture goals
• Manage awards, surveys, and rankings submissions
• Own firm communications calendar, leading scheduling and channel strategy to ensure timely and effective delivery of communications across the firm
• Manage relationships with brand and public relations agencies, including messaging reviews, approvals, and project coordination
• Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to develop effective communications assets and content
• Manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Share recommendations to improve communications effectiveness, processes, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field required
• 8-10 years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, public relations, or marketing communications, within a professional services, consulting, accounting, or other similar organization
• Experience supporting communications for senior executives and working with highly confidential business information
• Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills across a variety of audiences and formats
• Strong experience developing executive communications, presentations, speeches, and videos
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Proven success managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization
• Ability to translate leadership priorities into clear, engaging communications for employees, clients, and external stakeholders
• Advanced PowerPoint and visual communications skills with experience creating executive-level presentations and communications materials

Preferred

• Experience supporting crisis communications, change management, and/or merger and acquisition communications preferred
• Prior experience within accounting, consulting, legal, financial services, or another professional services organization strongly preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot (or similar enterprise AI platforms) with a commitment to leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and communication effectiveness
