Job Description

Develop compelling copy for campaigns, customer journeys, and content variants aligned with brand guidelines, channel strategy, and target audience needs.
Support iterative campaign waves with copy designed for speed, scalability, reuse, and continuous test-and-learn optimization.
Collaborate closely with Journey, Analytics, and Creative teams to refine messaging based on performance insights and data-driven learnings.
Structure and adapt content for deployment within Adobe Journey Optimizer and other personalization frameworks.
Ensure consistency of messaging across all touchpoints while enabling modular, dynamic content strategies.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of content standards, tone-of-voice guidelines, and reusable copy libraries.
