Responsibilities

• Create customer-facing B2C communications for AT&T Business and FirstNet.
• Write customer emails, customer letters, and service communications.
• Create communications for product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and service notifications.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver customer-centric messaging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop polished communications.

Requirements

• Telecom industry experience (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, Charter, etc.) – Highly Preferred
• Strong background writing customer emails, customer letters, and service communications
• Experience creating customer communications for product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and service notifications
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver customer-centric messaging
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop polished communications

Preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI writing tools
