- Maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver customer-centric messaging.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop polished communications.
Requirements
- Telecom industry experience (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Comcast, Charter, etc.) – Highly Preferred
- Strong background writing customer emails, customer letters, and service communications
- Experience creating customer communications for product launches, pricing changes, onboarding, and service notifications
- Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and deliver customer-centric messaging
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop polished communications
Preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI writing tools
