Own and scale Robinhood’s brand voice across launches and campaigns, shaping strategy, writing clear witty copy, and building a scalable copy framework with a growing team.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, define and optimize strategic copy frameworks across product launches, brand initiatives, and events
- Develop Robinhood's brand voice across channels: broadcast, audio, digital, social, print, and beyond
- Drive consistency of voice across products and our brand
- Write taglines, product headlines, and brand messaging that is clear, witty, and unmistakably on-brand
- Collaborate with designers, motion designers, producers, and strategists to build coordinated, cross-channel work
- Functionally lead and develop a team of copywriters
- Partner with Content and Strategy teams to ensure copy is both on-brand and strategically grounded
- Present work clearly and confidently to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Find opportunities to push the brand's voice forward — balancing consistency with fresh creative thinking
