Overnight Operations Consultant Company: Iron Arch Management Brand: McDonald's Schedule: Overnight (Typically 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM, including weekends) Position Summary The Overnight Operations Consultant is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, food safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability across assigned McDonald’s restaurant locations during overnight hours. This role provides hands-on leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to overnight management teams while ensuring compliance with brand standards and company policies.
