Job Summary

Own day to day social content and community for THE TEAM with NA channel ownership, content workflows, and real time coverage that ties marketing storytelling to sports and entertainment culture.

  • Social Channel Ownership: Own day to day management and execution across THE TEAM's NA corporate social channels.
  • Content Execution: Coordinate scheduling, publishing, and platform maintenance for priority social platforms.
  • Campaign & Real Time Coverage: Support social managers with content coordination, publishing workflows, and live coverage for campaigns and events.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Social Channel Ownership: Own day-to-day management and execution across THE TEAM's NA corporate social channels.
  • Content & Publishing: Assist with content scheduling, publishing and platform maintenance across priority social platforms.
  • Campaign & Real-Time Coverage: Support Social Media Managers with content coordination, publishing workflows and social-first execution across campaigns, talent moments, company initiatives and cultural conversations.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of agency-side, brand or creator-focused social media experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, internet culture and evolving social best practices.
  • Familiarity with native platform analytics and social management tools such as Sprinklr or similar platforms preferred.
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • High standard of excellence, adaptability and willingness to work nontraditional hours when needed around live moments and events.
  • Video capture and editing capabilities (CapCut, Edits, Premiere Pro, etc.) preferred.
  • Strong awareness of trends across sports, entertainment, media and internet culture.

  • Passion for and experience working natively in TikTok is a bonus
