Title of Position: Coordinator, Public Relations
Reports to Position: Chief Communications Officer
Scope of Responsibilities:
Provide general office support to Carnegie Hall’s Public Relations team. Serve as Cision system administrator, working with publicists to build digital press releases, coordinate and develop media contact lists, collect coverage, and prepare weekly press clip reports. Coordinate frequent electronic press release mailings, including HTML coding of materials. Work with PR team to support select WMI programs, including drafting press releases and pitch plans. Assist team with special projects as needed. Some press duty, including escorting photographers/video crews and staffing concerts and events
