Why this role matters:
This temporary role provides short-term support for the I Prefer Hotel Rewards team during a maternity leave, helping maintain responsive service for hotel partners and continuity across key loyalty operations.
The Coordinator, Hotel Loyalty Support will manage day-to-day hotel inquiries, coordinate training and implementation follow-up, support partner follow up, and ensure open items are tracked, escalated, and resolved in alignment with Loyalty team priorities.
Success in this role is defined by responsive hotel support, organized training and implementation coordination, timely escalation of complex issues, and clear visibility into outstanding requests, next steps, and partner needs.
Temporary assignment: 40 hours per week for three months, with the possibility to extend an additional three months.
What you’ll deliver:
- Hotel Support & Issue Resolution
- Manage the Hotel Loyalty Inbox, respond to routine inquiries, and escalate complex issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional follow-up to ensure hotel needs are resolved.
- Training & Implementation Coordination
- Coordinate hotel training logistics, materials, attendance, and follow-up.
- Track implementation steps, timelines, open actions, and next steps.
- Tracking & Communication
- Maintain clear status trackers for requests, training, and implementation activity.
- Draft concise communications for hotel partners and internal teams.

Salary:
25/hr - 29/hr, actual compensation within this range will be determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise.
