This role ensures the accuracy and compliance of event financials, manages speaker payments and related expenses, and assists with transfer-of-value reporting, ensuring all activities align with both client expectations and regulatory standards. What You’ll Do Accountable to the AVP Financial Operations and SVP Business Compliance, responsible for supporting the financial operations of Medical Marketing, Medical Affairs, or Speaker Bureau, as assigned, and its clients. In addition, this role will: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financials related to Medical Marketing and Speaker Bureau program management Review and process payments for speakers, including honoraria, travel reimbursements, and per diems, ensuring alignment with contractual and compliance requirements Support the review and reconciliation of transfer of value activities and reporting Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client-specific business rules and compliance guidelines Maintain professional and effective communication with clients, speakers, and internal teams regarding financial or compliance inquiries Process and track financial transactions accurately and efficiently using systems such as NetSuite and other accounting tools Respond promptly to inquiries from account teams and speakers, ensuring resolution with professionalism and accuracy Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, timeliness compliance in financial operations Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment Initiative to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions What You’ll Have Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration is a plus 1-3 years of relevant work experience Basic accounting knowledge or demonstrated competency in working with numbers Proficiency with Microsoft® Office Suite Familiarity with account software such as NetSuite and database navigation Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound judgment Initiative to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation and professionalism in all interactions What We Offer Immediate eligibility for all benefits, including medical, dental, vision, group term life, short-term and long-term disability Benefits 100% company paid 401k plan employer matching contributions Eligibility for company sponsored incentive plans Generous PTO, including a week off in December for the holidays Paid volunteer time off Tuition reimbursement On-site gym and other employee wellness initiatives Employee Assistance Program Comp pay or comp time for onsite weekend work Availability of cell-phone stipends, based on business need Leadership development training program and other career development programs Remote and hybrid work schedule options Office locations in Upper Saddle River NJ (HQ), Red Bank NJ, and San Diego CA Salary range: $47,000–$52,000 annually.
