Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build a clear and scalable operating model for Bose Studios.
- Create visibility and accountability across all content development and production workstreams.
- Improve speed, efficiency, and quality through thoughtful process design.
- Enable strategy, creative, and production teams to focus on creating exceptional work by removing operational friction.
- Establish a culture of operational excellence that supports the continued growth of Bose Studios.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end workflows across content strategy, creative development, production, review, approvals, and distribution.
- Establish scalable operating procedures, project intake and prioritization processes, approval frameworks, and production standards.
- Establish approval pathways, clarify roles and responsibilities, and drive alignment across teams.
- Create and maintain project plans, workflows, templates, and documentation that improve team efficiency and consistency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that increase speed, quality, and visibility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative operations, content operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience building and managing workflows for creative, content, marketing, or production teams.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong expertise in project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Experience supporting content studios, creative agencies, media organizations, or in-house creative teams.
- Experience managing social media, editorial, video production, or original content workflows.
- Knowledge of resource planning, capacity management, and production operations.
