Responsibilities

• Plan and run weekly filming sessions with tutors, college advisors, students, and parents
• Film short answers to the SAT, SHSAT, tutoring, and admissions questions families ask us every day
• Capture student success stories, testimonials, classes, events, and behind-the-scenes footage
• Edit for TikTok, Reels, Facebook, and Shorts: hooks, captions, graphics, music, clear calls to action
• Turn one recording session into five to ten finished pieces
• Keep raw footage and finished videos organized in a searchable library
• Track the basics: views, watch time, clicks, leads, booked consultations
• Follow our consent and privacy procedures every time you film a student, especially a minor

Requirements

• You've filmed and edited short-form social video and can show it
• An active social account of your own, where we can see your editing style and posting consistency
• You understand what makes someone stop scrolling in the first two seconds
• You're comfortable directing tutors, teenagers, and parents who aren't on-camera pros
• You're organized, reliable, and fine with weekly deadlines
• You can work in a busy education office around students and families
• CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar

Preferred

• Nice to have: experience with education, test prep, or youth-facing brands
