Responsibilities

• Own Washworld's social media presence by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Capture and produce photography, short- and long-form videos, customer testimonials, and product demonstrations.
• Improve Washworld's online visibility through SEO, keyword research, website optimization, and performance analytics.
• Help maintain and improve the Washworld website, including supporting updates to distributor websites.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, product launches, and creative initiatives that strengthen the Washworld brand.
• Occasionally travel (typically less than 10%) to customer locations and trade shows to capture content and tell the stories behind our products.

Requirements

• Experience managing social media for a business or organization.
• Strong content creation skills, including photography and video.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Preferred

• Familiarity with SEO, website optimization, and digital marketing analytics
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or Meta Business Suite
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative software
• Experience managing websites using Duda or a similar platform
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B marketing.
