Job Description

Responsibilities

Create native short-form video and captions for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, shooting, editing, and publishing fast.
Write punchy, on-brand copy for campaigns, emails, captions, and website content.
Tell customer stories from roofers, landscapers, painters, and plumbers to resonate with the audience.
Support content operations by contributing to the content calendar, flagging top performers, and repurposing long-form into short-form across channels.
Bring ideas to the table with opinions on what to create and why.

Requirements

Currently in school or recent graduate in Marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to create content for a brand, class, or personal project with a portfolio.
Strong instincts for what works on social and the ability to articulate why.
Excellent writing—clean, direct, and adaptable to different tones and audiences.
Comfortable on camera and able to perform in video.
Able to move fast, meet deadlines, and maintain quality under pressure.

Preferred

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Veed, Adobe, or similar tools.
A personal social presence or content portfolio.
