Responsibilities

• Coordinate Content Marketing Coordinator tasks across campaigns, content, communications, client requests, and reporting priorities for Seronda Network.
• Maintain campaign calendars, asset status, approvals, and supporting documentation so marketing work moves on schedule. This supports the Content Marketing Coordinator role. The work is completed for Seronda Network.
• Review performance data and prepare clear updates that connect Content Marketing Coordinator activity with measurable campaign or audience outcomes. The work is completed for Seronda Network.
• Work with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables accurate, consistent, and on brand. This supports the Content Marketing Coordinator role. The work is completed for Seronda Network.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to perform Content Marketing Coordinator work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through.
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Seronda Network.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Content Marketing Coordinator workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality.
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote Content Marketing Coordinator position.
