Responsibilities

Write long-form and mid-length content across blogs, landing pages, and guides.
Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into content.
Edit content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and structure.
Collaborate with SEO, Account, and Web teams to align content with strategy.
Create content briefs, outlines, and content calendars.
Update and optimize existing content for improved performance.
Assist with formatting and updating content in WordPress.
Manage a social media calendar for shared posts.

Requirements

Associate Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Business, English or related field
Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides…etc)
Excellent writing, research, and editing skills.
Strong understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
2–4 years in SEO content writing, editorial work, or digital marketing.
Experience in behavioral health or medical content preferred.
Experience working with and posting on WordPress and other online publishing tools for updating websites.

Preferred

Experience working with AI tools (like Jasper.ai, Byword.ai, ChatGPT, Claude) and SEO tools (like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Moz, Google Search Console, Google Analytics) will be given preference.
Experience creating or managing content within the Behavioral Health Industry is a plus; however, it is not a necessity.
