Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Content Licensing Attorneys to join us and commence their LOD journey. Direct experience with AVOD, TVOD and SVOD license agreements necessary.

• Have at least 8 years of F00 experience ideally gained in-house
• Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
• Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships

Job Details:

Client: International Technology Client

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 6-8 months, chance of extension

Full-time: 40 hours a week - no overtime

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: TBD - Based on experience

Ideal Candidate:

-7-10 years’ experience as commercial counsel In-House drafting commercial licensing agreements, contracting at speed and scale to support an international business, and negotiating legal agreements for various partners based on template and existing fallbacks

-Direct experience with AVOD, TVOD and SVOD license agreements and other various similar agreements necessary

-Ability to take direction from other attorneys who will delegate your work as needed

-Organized, highly responsive, and strong ability to take initiative.

Licensure Requirements:

-Must be actively licensed to practice law in the United States.
