Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute conferences, field events, dinners, and hosted experiences.
  • Manage booth logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and on-site execution.
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent brand presence across all events.
  • Support development of target account lists and pre-event outreach campaigns.
  • Coordinate with sales to drive meeting bookings and attendance.
  • Assist in aligning event goals with pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Create and manage content tied to events and broader marketing initiatives, including blog posts, email campaigns, social media, and sales collateral.
  • Capture and repurpose event content (e.g., interviews, testimonials, session highlights) into reusable marketing assets.
  • Support development of thought leadership and educational content for healthcare audiences.
  • Coordinate and execute webinars, including speaker management, promotion, and post-event follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in event marketing, content marketing, or integrated marketing roles
  • Experience supporting event execution (conferences, webinars, or field events)
  • Strong writing and content development skills across multiple formats
  • Highly organized with strong project management and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience in healthcare, genomics, biotech, or life sciences preferred
  • Experience marketing to healthcare providers (HCPs) or clinical audiences would be ideal
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Experience capturing and repurposing multimedia content (video, interviews, etc.)
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, genomics, biotech, or life sciences preferred
  • Experience marketing to healthcare providers (HCPs) or clinical audiences would be ideal
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
