Responsibilities

• Create short-form video and visual content that supports the MKG brand across social, marketing, and new business.
• Produce sizzle reels, case studies, award submissions and fast-turn social content that showcases MKG’s work and point of view.
• Capture content at agency moments, industry events, and activations that reinforce MKG’s voice and creative perspective.
• Collaborate with key leads/teams to identify opportunities to tell stronger stories about the work we create.
• Concept and produce video and social assets for clients as part of MKG’s offerings.
• Translate live experiences into short-form content designed to extend reach across digital and social channels.
• Capture content on-site during activations, events, and installations and quickly shape it into compelling deliverables.
• Partner with Creative and Account teams to identify where content creation adds value to a program and can be packaged as a client deliverable.
• Help build repeatable workflows so experiential programs consistently generate strong digital assets.
• Direct and capture video content on-site at brand experiences and live events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating video content with a strong emphasis on directing, shooting, and editing
• Strong understanding of how short-form video performs across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Ability to identify and capture moments quickly in a live environment
• Deep familiarity with camera equipment, lighting, and audio in event environments
• Strong visual taste and storytelling instincts
• A portfolio that demonstrates range — from cinematic storytelling to fast-turn social content
• Comfort working directly with clients and collaborating with creative teams
• Travel occasionally and be flexible to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred

• Experience on-site production at live events or activations
• Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut)
