Responsibilities

• Maintain content calendars, briefs, owners, deadlines, approvals, source files, and publishing status in the Content Coordinator role at Travel Congress.
• Coordinate copy, graphics, video, web, email, or social assets with writers, designers, marketers, and subject-matter experts as part of the Content Coordinator role at Travel Congress.
• Edit and quality-check content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, links, formatting, accessibility, and approved messaging across conference and attendee operations in this Content Coordinator position.
• Publish or schedule approved content in the appropriate CMS, email, social, or digital platform for the Travel Congress team as part of Content Coordinator work.
• Maintain organized content libraries, final assets, metadata, update history, and reusable source materials while supporting conference and attendee operations in the Content Coordinator role at Travel Congress.

Requirements
