Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, approvals, and performance tracking for assigned initiatives.
Prepare content or campaign updates that follow brand guidelines and documented requirements.
Review performance data and help translate results into practical next steps.
Collaborate remotely with creative, sales, operations, or client-facing stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.
Strong candidates for the Content Coordinator position will be comfortable using skills such as Marketing Operations, Campaign Reporting, Customer Research, Supplier Coordination, Audience Research, Booking Records. The selected candidate should apply these skills directly to the responsibilities of the role while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.
Work arrangement: 100% remote within the United States.
