Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital content, campaign tasks, social posts, customer communications, and marketing calendars using online tools.
• Maintain accurate campaign records, content trackers, asset libraries, and performance notes.
• Support research, drafting, scheduling, quality checks, and cross-functional review of marketing materials.
• Track basic engagement or campaign metrics and prepare recurring reports for the team.
• Coordinate remotely with internal stakeholders and follow brand, privacy, and approval procedures.

Requirements

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a 100% remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, CRM or web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions, exceptions, or status updates promptly.
• Experience level: Associate.
• Strong candidates for the Content Coordinator position will be comfortable using skills such as Digital Marketing, Content Coordination, Social Media, Campaign Support, Copy Coordination, Email Marketing, Analytics, Customer Research.
