Responsibilities

• Showing up. Team meetings, agent trainings, client events, listing launches, community pop-ups. You're there with a camera, capturing what's actually happening.
• Shooting b-roll and photos that build a library of evergreen content we can pull from all year, not just one-and-done event photos.
• Creating in-the-moment social pieces, the kind of content that goes up same-day (or same-hour) while the energy's still fresh.
• Telling our agents' stories: what they're working on, the deals in motion, the projects in development, the wins worth celebrating.
• Helping us stand out, bringing ideas to the table for what makes Utah Life feel different from every other real estate team's feed.

Requirements

• A sharp eye for photo and video. You know how to frame a shot and catch a candid moment without making it feel posed.
• Comfort working fast. Events move quickly, and so should you. We want you thinking in content while it's happening, not just recording and walking away.
• A real feel for social platforms: what performs on Instagram and TikTok right now, what a hook looks like in the first two seconds, how to cut for short attention spans.
• Reliable, flexible availability. This is project-based, part-time work tied to our meeting and event schedule, so some weeks are heavier than others.
