About BlueTickSocial
BlueTickSocial is a digital marketing agency managing social media strategy and content for a roster of clients. We're hiring a part-time Content Capture Assistant to support one of our DC-based retail clients, capturing in-the-moment content on-site at their store location.
What You'll Do
- Capture up to 8–10 short-form videos (Reels-style) per week
- Capture 10–15 photo/carousel assets per week
- Work from a weekly content list/shot list provided by our team in advance
- Shoot content on-site at the client's store location
- Coordinate scheduling directly with your BlueTickSocial point of contact
Schedule
- On-site 1–3 times per week
- Approximately 3–9 hours per week total
- Flexible scheduling, but must be based in DC and able to reliably get to the location
Who You Are
- Currently an undergraduate or graduate student
- Based in or near Washington, DC
- Comfortable shooting clean, usable video and photo content on a smartphone
- Reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow a shot list independently
- Comfortable using Instagram and Facebook
- Passionate about social media
- Bonus: interest or experience in content creation, videography, or social media
Compensation
$18.40/hour
