Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule and attend in-person visits with pediatricians, psychologists, schools, regional centers, and other referral sources
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and front-office staff at referring organizations
• Present our services in a clear, compelling, and professional manner that aligns with our mission and values
• Plan and attend community events, health fairs, and school functions to raise brand awareness
• Create thoughtful marketing materials to increase brand awareness and encourage new client inquiries
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads
• Track outreach activity, report progress weekly, and continuously optimize our outreach strategy
• Deliver a consistent and positive brand experience to all external stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or outreach—ideally in healthcare, education, or child services
• Polished, confident communicator who enjoys being out in the field and engaging with professionals
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an authentic ability to build trust and rapport
• Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
