Senior Care Advisor and Community Liaison

CarePatrol of Northwest DFW is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. We are a senior care advisory and advocacy organization. We help families navigate the often overwhelming process of finding safe, appropriate care for their aging loved ones—at no cost to them.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Advocating: Acting as a trusted guide and support system for seniors and their families during times of crisis and transition.
• Networking & Business Development: Building relationships with hospital discharge planners, rehab directors, and local healthcare professionals to generate referrals.
• Touring Communities: Accompanying families on tours of assisted living, memory care, and independent living communities to help them make informed decisions.
• Managing the Journey: Utilizing our proprietary CRM to track follow-ups, manage your pipeline, and ensure every family feels fully supported from start to finish.

Who You Are:

• A Healthcare Professional (or possess the heart of one): A background in therapy (PT, OT, SLP), nursing, social work, or case management is highly preferred and a massive bonus for this role.
• Compassionate but Direct: You are capable of holding a crying spouse's hand with deep empathy, while also having the tough, honest conversations families need to hear to move forward.
• Fiercely Independent & Flexible: This is NOT a standard 9-to-5 desk job. You need a completely fluid schedule to accommodate early morning networking, evening events, and the occasional weekend tour when an out-of-state family flies in. You are a self-starter who thrives without being micromanaged.
• Locally Based: Ideally residing in or near Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, Bedford, North Richland Hills, TX or surrounding areas.
