Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and attend community events to promote our services.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations.
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries.
- Conduct in-home care assessments to understand family needs and recommend services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Visit families quarterly to ensure satisfaction and identify additional support needs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and client engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or client relations (healthcare or senior services preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the local senior care landscape is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
