Global Dream Team is a community for founders, creators, artists, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, and ambitious people building meaningful lives and projects.

We bring people together through experiences, workshops, memberships, events, content, and global travel experiences designed to create connection, perspective, accountability, and momentum.

We're currently entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for someone who loves people, community, research, and bringing opportunities to life.

What You'll Do

• Research and identify aligned founders, creators, artists, entrepreneurs, and community builders
• Build outreach and invitation lists for events, workshops, retreats, and membership programs
• Help recruit attendees for GDT experiences
• Research partnership opportunities, collaborators, speakers, and venues
• Support community engagement and member experience
• Assist with growth initiatives and special projects
• Contribute ideas that help strengthen and expand the community

Ideal Candidate

• Curious and proactive
• Strong researcher
• Loves people and meaningful conversations
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
• Interested in entrepreneurship, creativity, community building, personal growth, or travel
• Excited by the idea of helping build something from the ground up
• High-agency and proactive. You don't wait to be told every step. When you see an opportunity, problem, or missing piece, you take initiative and move it forward.
