Drive community engagement for Strive 2 Fitness by blending content creation, social media, and event support to grow local wellness impact.

Own on-site capture of photos/videos and client testimonials to fuel marketing.
Must-have: Outbound sales: 1 year (Required).

Attend classes, events, and community outreach activities to capture photos, videos, and client testimonials
Interact with clients, participants, and the public—both online and in person—to build relationships and excitement
Promote Strive 2 Fitness programs, products, and special offers to drive new client sign-ups
Assist with event/class setup and breakdown, supporting instructors as needed
Collect feedback and share insights to help improve marketing and programming

High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
Strong communication and people skills—comfortable talking to groups and individuals
Photography/video skills (smartphone is fine!)
Outdoors, energetic, and passionate about health, wellness, and community
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
Campaign, event, or sales experience is a plus
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Community engagement: 3 years (Preferred)
