Job Summary

Own the end-to-end property marketing and leasing support workflow for a commercial portfolio, coordinating campaigns, transactions, and on-site activation to drive consistent branding and timely documentation.

Property Marketing: Develop materials, manage digital assets, and coordinate vendors for on-brand property listings.
Transactions & Coordination: Support leasing, brokerage, and real estate transactions with contracts, docs, and timelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Develop and maintain property marketing materials, including flyers, offering memorandums, and digital content\n- Support leasing, brokerage, and investment activity through coordination, organization, and marketing execution\n- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records, critical dates, and documentation within lease administration systems\n- Assist with coordination of all aspects of real estate transactions, including preparing and reviewing contracts and supporting documentation\n- Provide administrative and operational support to the real estate division and brokerage team\n- Manage property-related digital assets, listings, and online platforms\n- Coordinate with third-party vendors (photography, design, signage, etc.) to ensure high-quality execution\n- Assist with property launches, tours, and on-site marketing initiatives\n- Track timelines, maintain organized documentation, and support internal team coordination\n- Ensure branding and presentation standards are consistent across all properties\n\nRequirements\n- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field)\n- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered)\n- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail\n- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite\n- Understanding of current design, branding, and digital marketing trends\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n- Professional presence and comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment\n- Strong interest in commercial real estate\n\nPreferred\n- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related field)\n- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail\n- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite\n- Understanding of current design, branding, and digital marketing trends\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n- Professional presence and comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment\n- Strong interest in commercial real estate\n- 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships considered)\n\nBenefits\n- 401(k)\n- 401(k) matching\n- Dental insurance\n- Employee assistance program\n- Health insurance\n- Health savings account\n- Life insurance\n- Paid time off\n- Vision insurance
