Drive volunteer communications work for a remote role with the Alliance for American Leadership, handling social channels, press outreach, and lightweight web/design tasks.

  • Own content creation and management for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
  • Must-have: Experience in social media, press, communications, and/or web design with strong writing.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce content for and help manage our LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts.
  • Write press releases and conduct outreach to newspapers, TV, radio, and podcasts.
  • Draft emails to our network and help manage our contact list.
  • Help edit our website in Framer.
  • Design flyers, presentations, and social media graphics using Canva, PowerPoint, and other platforms.
  • Support this and other initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates will have experience in social media, press, communications, and/or web design and possess strong, clear writing skills.
  • Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following through on multiple assignments.
