Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop marketing strategies that support clinical services, behavioral health, medical education, community outreach, and organizational initiatives.
Partner with leaders across Meritus Health, Brook Lane Health Services, and the Meritus School of Osteopathic Medicine to understand business objectives and deliver effective marketing solutions.
Help tell the stories of our patients, providers, students, faculty, and team members through compelling digital and print content.

Requirements

A strong writer and storyteller with exceptional communication skills.
Experienced in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled at building collaborative relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven and able to translate marketing metrics into actionable insights.
Passionate about serving the community and supporting meaningful work.
Healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but we're most interested in candidates who can demonstrate strategic thinking, creativity, collaboration, and measurable results.
