Since 2009, IFPTI has developed and delivered standards-based, career-spanning food protection training under Cooperative Agreements with the US Food and Drug Administration for food safety professionals to assure competency and equivalency in meeting the FDA National Curriculum Standard. The Institute seeks to protect public health and the food supply by building food safety workforce capacity.
